can easily view and control your computer online to quickly resolve
your technical issues.
Joining a GoToManage Session
To start the support session call us and we will have you go to
www.fastsupport.com and enter your name and a Support Key that we
will provide. The GoToManage software is instantly downloaded to
your computer in just a few seconds.
Your Live, On-Screen Help: We'll share keyboard and mouse control with
you, so you will see your mouse moving around and can watch
everything we do.
Customer
Control Panel: This enables you to stop and start screen sharing,
send chat messages, transfer files to us and end the session.

GoToManage Shortcut: An optional desktop icon makes it easier for you to enter a support session the next time you need our help.
Receiving Unattended Support
Need us to work when you are away from your computer? Need us to
perform remote administration? Ask us to set up GoToManage
Unattended Support and we can work on your computer when it's
convenient for you. You can also choose this option if you think you
may need remote support in the future and you want our techs to be
able to connect to your computer quickly. You can choose this option
before we are finished with your computer if you decide this option
is for you.
