Dragonware's Computer Repair Department handles all
kinds of computer repairs, upgrades, virus removal,
and other computer services. Click on the

Diagnostic: $45
Our technicians will determine whether
problem is hardware or software, full hardware tests with
printout of results (when capable), installation of any
missing or corrupt drivers for the hardware provided, and
recommendation for other repairs if needed.

Online Diagnostic (Requires Working Internet
Connection): $39
Our technicians will determine whether a
problem is related to software. This service includes
tweaks of the operating system, Windows updates,
installation of any missing or corrupt drivers, and
recommendations for other repairs or upgrades if needed.

Virus and Spyware Clean: Successful clean:
$79 Unsuccessful clean: $55
Our technicians will complete an advanced
removal of Viruses, Spyware, Malware, Grayware, and
malicious Rootkit applications from your computer. If a
clean is unsuccessful, you can choose to take the computer
as-is for the reduced rate, or you may choose to reload the
system at an additional prorated price of $65.

Online Virus and Spyware Clean (Requires
Working Internet Connection): $69
Our technicians will remove Viruses, Spyware,
Malware, Grayware, and malicious Rootkit applications from
your computer. If a clean is unsuccessful, you can choose
to bring the computer into the store for either advanced
cleaning (see above; $10 price difference will apply) or
reload the system at an additional prorated price of $65.

Format and Reload: $75
Our technicians will erase the computer's
hard drive and restore to its factory default. Windows
licenses and optional software must be provided.

Data Backup: $30
We will backup computer data (such as pictures,
documents or music) and restore it back to your computer
after a reload.
|
|
Data Backup w/ media: $30 + $5 per disk
Do you need your data on a disk? We can back
it up to CDs or DVDs.

Laptop Repair: $75
Power jacks and LCD screens get damaged and need to be fixed
or replaced. Our technicians will repair or replace your
laptops hardware. Hardware price not included.

Onsite: $75/hour
Our technicians can come to you! Whatever
the problem, our rates are the same for all of our customers
– home users or business customers. We can troubleshoot and
fix printing problems, startup problems, or even network
problems. Price is per hour including travel time, minimum
1 hour, each additional hour is billed in 15 minute
increments.

In-Store labor: $50/hour

Do you want to learn how to do something? We can help with
our in-store hourly service. You will have a technician
dedicated to your needs. Please have all of your questions
ready so that we can go over them in a timely manner.

Insurance
Quotes for Environmental/Shipping Damage
- $45.00
When your computer is damaged due to the
environment (electrical surge, flood damage,
etc...), your insurance company will want to
verify the extent of the damage before
issuing the check for the replacement
computer. In most cases, an insurance
statement from a service center is
sufficient for them to issue the check. If
your agency requires a special form to be
completed by a technician, please bring that
with you at time of check-in. The $45
diagnostic is payable before the diagnostic
statement is released and is normally
reimbursable by your insurance agency. If
there is a question about the reimbursement,
check with your insurance agent first.

Expedited Service (moves your service to the
front of the line): $50
Can’t wait? We offer an expedited service
option. This will guarantee that your computer is put on
the bench immediately and our technicians will start working
on your computer. Expedited service does not guarantee a
completion time.
