Phillip and Michelle co-founded Dragonware Computers in April
2003 in Winston-Salem, NC. Dragonware's focus is on high
quality sales as well as excellent service. Our goal is to match our
clients to the right computer system. People don't come from cookie
cutters, and computers don't have to either. From internet surfing
to extreme gaming, music production to servers, tell Dragonware
Computers what you want to be able to do and we'll customize a
computer to
fit your needs. Want to do it yourself? We only carry
components that we feel offer the best combination of quality, price
and warranty. Our service department offers timely, courteous
service in our store, at your home or business, and via remote
administration.
Owner
Phillip is an A+ Certified Technician, as well as a
Microsoft Certified Professional. He provides IT management and
consultations for small businesses without their own IT departments.
Phillip is proficient in Windows Small Business Server, Exchange,
Windows 98 through Windows Vista, most hardware, and networking.
He has been a guest on Computer Talk, a computer question and
answer program on 600/1200 WSJS and has assisted News Channel 12,
WXII with technical news stories.
Owner
Michelle has been a computer technician since 1997. She
spent nearly a year working on Macs at Computer Tree before opening
her own computer store. She is familiar with old as well as
new hardware and is proficient in Microsoft Windows 95 through
Windows Vista. She is currently out on maternity leave. She can be seen on
News Channel 12, WXII from time to time on technical news stories,
and writes tech articles for ThriveZine a section in Latitude
magazine. Michelle is a former co-owner and technician of The
Computer Place, Inc. and also hosted Computer Talk,
a computer question and answer program on 600/1200 WSJS from
2001 - 2003.
Chris
is an A+ Certified Technician with an Associates of Applied
Sciences in Computer Information Systems. He is proficient in both
hardware and software, and is a troubleshooting specialist.
Chris is available both in-store and on-site for PC setup and
networking, internet connectivity issues, installation and
troubleshooting of peripherals or software, and personalized
teaching of basic computer skills.
Eric
began his computer career has a digital artist and graphic designer.
Recently Eric decided to make the switch into Computer Repairs and
has become an A+ Certified Technician as well as gaining his
Network+ Certification and becoming a Microsoft Certified
Professional. He has not however forgotten his first love and
also obtained certification as a CIW Master Site Designer.
Whether hardware, software, or networks Eric can troubleshoot
on-site or in-store as well as can lend his Programming and Design
Skills to your Webpage needs.


John
has chosen to be our greeter whenever possible. He is not
at the store much anymore because mommy is home on maternity leave.
He is excited about his pre-school, thinking about kindergarted and
waiting for his little brother to come.
